Rita, an accomplished Executive Search Partner since 2010, has established herself as a trusted advisor to leading Silicon Valley Venture Capitalists, Founders, and C-Suite executives. With a focus on critical searches ranging from Director to Board level, Rita has played a pivotal role in shaping the leadership teams of her clients, who are driving rapid innovation and transforming industries, from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage Startups.
Recognizing the importance of diversity in the boardroom, Rita founded Firstboard.io® in 2020. Firstboard.io brings together a curated Collective of exceptional female technology Founders, CXOs, and VP-level Operating Leaders in the technology and health tech sectors.
In addition to her impactful work in executive search, Rita has hosted numerous leadership events. These events provide a platform for thought-provoking discussions and knowledge sharing among industry leaders.
She holds a B.A. Degree in Business Management from the University of Hamburg Applied Sciences and has completed MBA coursework at Henley Business School in the UK.
