She has worked across high-growth and Fortune 500 environments ranging from $300M to $79B, leading global teams through periods of significant scale and change, including M&A, IPO readiness, cybersecurity risk, and the opportunities and challenges created by AI. Reena has served as CIO of LexisNexis and ServiceTitan and held senior technology leadership roles at American Express, Symantec, Cisco, VMware, and other global companies. Her work has often focused on organizations at critical inflection points: modernizing and rationalizing complex application landscapes, building teams and capabilities for scale, and launching technology-enabled initiatives that grew from inception to $75M in revenue. She has also led 8 M&A technology integrations and 2 IPO-readiness programs, bringing an operator’s perspective to the growth, strategic, and risk decisions facing CEOs and boards. Today, Reena is the founder of Tallac Advisory, where she advises CEOs, boards, and leadership teams on enterprise AI, technology strategy, modernization, and transformation.
