Sheila Aharoni is a global technology leader who has built, grown, and transformed businesses for over 30 years. As a Revenue operator and builder, sales and customer success leader, board member, and advisor in public, private, and start-up companies, she was successful in numerous vertical markets and sectors. Sheila is especially adept at launching and accelerating sales in early-stage global companies, specifically in Israeli software startups introducing emerging technologies to new markets, starting B2B sales and GTM strategies from scratch, scaling pre and post-sales, customer success, and sales engineering, driving market share and pivoting to successful exits ranging from $100M to $3.4B. Sheila’s foundation was developed and honed at Fortune 50 market bellwethers-- GE, Motorola, and Stanley Black & Decker. In each business, she launched sales in a new vertical and led a culture change or digital transformation. Sheila was added to CloudShare’s advisory board in 2022 as she exited the company. She is Treasurer and Executive Board Member at HomeRise, San Francisco's largest supportive housing non-profit. She is a startup advisor for Berkeley SkyDeck and Georgia Tech's Venture lab, an offshoot of her alma mater.
