Monica Nayar is the office managing partner for PwC’s Silicon Valley practice. With almost 20 years of experience, she has held responsibilities across market, solutions, and service teams, with a primary focus in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications and Private Equity sector. Monica has extensive SEC, technical accounting, SOX/controls, data, technology, and internal audit experience. She co-leads PwC’s national Cyber, Risk and Regulatory Deals practice focusing on the technology and digital aspects of transactions, serving her clients as they undertake complex global integrations, divestitures, separations, joint ventures, and IPOs. She is passionate about making an impact in the community and serves on several Boards & Leadership Council of non-profits and is a committed supporter of issues such as mental health, education, and equity for all.
