Darcy is an independent board director and operating partner with more than 30 years of experience scaling global enterprise software businesses. She currently serves as an Independent Director at RTI (Real Time Intelligence), a cloud SaaS platform for real-time visibility into enterprise assets in motion; 1Logtech, a private-equity-backed iPaaS platform; and Emerix, an AI-native supply chain orchestration platform — advising each CEO and board on go-to-market scaling, enterprise growth strategy, and the transition from early traction to repeatable, scalable growth. She is also an Operating Partner at Cambridge Partners, a private equity firm focused on supply chain technology, Technology Group. Darcy brings to that governance work the perspective of a global revenue operator: as Global Chief Revenue Officer of SAP’s Supply Chain business, she led a multi-billion-dollar organization spanning more than 90 countries, delivering 22% year-over-year growth alongside industry-leading cloud renewal rates and sales productivity. Earlier in her career she held executive roles at Blue Yonder, Infor, Frictionless Commerce (acquired by SAP) and G-Log (acquired by Oracle), giving her firsthand experience of value creation, integration risk and exit readiness. Darcy is NACD Directorship Certified, holds an MBA from the University of Buffalo and a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University, and brings boardroom experience across the Americas, Europe and Asia.
