Devi Jarschel is a global technology executive and business transformation leader with more than two decades of experience building, scaling and transforming technology businesses across enterprise, SaaS and high-growth environments. Her career spans some of the most influential companies in technology, including Oracle, Cisco and DocuSign, where she has held senior executive and Vice President roles spanning Go-to-Market, revenue, customer experience and transformation. At Oracle, Devi was a Vice President and helped drive more than $40 billion in revenue across the company’s Go-to-Market organization and technology portfolio. At DocuSign, she served as Vice President of GTM Transformation & Enablement, influencing more than $3 billion in revenue and leading global initiatives across Sales, Customer Success and the broader revenue organization. Earlier in her career, she ran both Sales and Partnerships at DataCore Software and gained firsthand experience navigating pivotal moments in Silicon Valley technology, including the Brocade IPO and Cisco’s acquisition of Topspin. Known for connecting strategy with execution, Devi has built and transformed global organizations bringing a distinctive perspective shaped by experience on both sides of the growth equation—from operating inside large global enterprises to leading and advising high-growth technology companies. Over the past 18 months, she has advised startups on AI transformation, modern Go-to-Market strategies and augmented buying journeys, helping leadership teams rethink how AI and emerging technologies can accelerate growth and reshape the customer experience. Devi’s work increasingly sits at the intersection of technology, AI, talent and the future of work, with a particular interest in the potential for technology to transform education and K-12 learning. Her perspective combines deep enterprise technology experience with an entrepreneurial mindset and a global view of how organizations and leaders must evolve in an AI-enabled economy.
